The orb tool by Tonny Van Bree was designed by Tonny Van Bree and LPP to work with the LightPainter Ryu’s Lightworks flashlight.
Designed from day one with fully configurable colors so that there is no limit on your creations.
This orb tool is designed for use with our LightPainter Ryu’s flashlight.
It can be used to create a wide variety of effects. You can spin it using the cable to create conventional orbs, use it in hand to create calligraphy or other light trails, or combine it with a Plexy Tube and All In One Adaptor to create orbs using the technique used by Tom Hill and Carles Calero.
Kit Includes: orb tool, 16 coloured rods (choice of two different colours), trigger cable, carrying bag and diffuser.
By using the diffuser and the transparent rods, you can create a wide range of colour effects by simply painting onto the diffuser directly or placing cut out colour filters or gels within the orb tool.
Alternatively create your own full configurable arrangement using the coloured plexiglass tube available (red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple and transparent).
You can also plug the holes any of the holes in the orb tool with our black plugs (not included).

* When exposed to cold or heat the material of the orb tool by Tonny Van Bree can suffer expansions or contractions which can make it harder to insert the coloured rods.
* Breakage of the trigger cable due to misuse is not covered by the warranty.
* If using the Plexy Tubes to create orbs, each tube may have slight variations and tolerances in terms of their diameter (from one colour to the next) and so some tubes may require a little more effort to pass the cable through.
