Shipping Conditions

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Free shipping is provided throughout mainland Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands for all orders exceeding €50.

Free shipping to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will be made by certified mail. For the rest of mainland Spain, free shipping will be provided through 24/72 hour delivery option provided by the transport company GLS.

24 Hour Shipments. These will be carried out through the transport company GLS (valid for the whole peninsula except for the Canary Islands).

Shipping By Certifiied Mail. This option is only valid for shipments to the Canary Islands and will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Free shipping is available on all orders over 190 euros.

The free shipping method selected will depend on the size and weight of the order and the final destination.

International Letter. Available for orders less than 2kg of weight (including packaging). Delivery Time: 5-10 working days.

International Package. For orders over 2kg in weight (including packaging). Delivery Time: 5-10 business days.

DHL: Shipping by courier through DHL. Deliver Time: 3-5 business days.

The delivery charge is based on the weight and size of the products ordered and will be calculated automatically during the purchase process.

Once your order is complete you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment method used, the tracking number for your order and the URL of the page you can use to track its progress.

PREPARATION OF ORDERS

The preparation of your order will begin as soon as payment or confirmation of payment has been received.
With the exception of the “Exclusive Products” all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4:00 pm will be sent the same day.

Exclusive products may take up to 10 working days to prepare, depending on the current stock on hand and level of demand as, in the majority of cases, these are custom built on demand.

Deliery times as stated in the Shipping Policy start from the point your order is prepared and despatched.

We will keep you informed of the status of your order at all times through the email you provided us with during the ordering process.
